What's in the Instrumentarium?
The Instrumentarium is available for a 6-8 week loan to NCAOSA members who have completed Level One training or have comparable experience (to be decided by the NCAOSA Board). In borrowing the instrumentarium you assume full responsibility for the safety and condition of the instruments and are liable for any repair or replacement needed due to damage beyond normal use. The instruments must be safely stored and returned on time to the site agreed upon in the contract. Your application will be reviewed by the NCAOSA Board and you will be contacted to arrange the loan dates and sign an offical contract. Loan will be made on a "first-come, first-served" basis to qualified applicants; exceptions are made at the Board's discretion. The NCAOSA Board reserves the right to evaluate the safety of the conditions of the loan before agreeing to the loan. We ask for a $200 deposit in the form of a check payable to NCAOSA to be held until the instruments are returned and their condition evaluated. There is a $50 usage fee to cover the cost of repair for normal wear and tear. Orffion Article: Upon return of the instruments, you are required to write a short article for the Orffion on your experience. You may include quotations from students, teachers or any others you worked with. If you would like to apply for a loan of the instrumentarium, please print this form, and mail it to: NCAOSA Instrumentarium For more information, please contact Our AV/Instruments Board Member. |
