Signs

Hola! Orffans! My names is Jason Jones (a.k.a JJ), and I am the Local Conference Chair for the Signs Committee. Our committee places and manages all the signs in and around the San José Convention Center and corresponding hotels. This job entails creating the signage (design, printing etc.) and making certificates for all of the presenters and performers. On the days of the conference (and the days before) a lot of footwork, resourcefulness and communication will be needed...

We are in need of as many volunteers as possible, as there are six sites
that will be needing signs and sign-changing. If you are planning on attending the conference and staying at any of the hotels hosting sessions, you would be the ideal person to offer help.

We are in need of some printing resources, such as paper, ink cartridges and printers. If you have some kind of special contact with printing service or resources, we would like to talk with you.
