Registration

The Registration Committee does most of its work just before the conference and during the conference.  The more people on this committee, the better: registration workers will then not have to take too many shifts and can get to more conference sessions.  Before the conference registration work includes soliciting goodies for the registration bags.

Just before the conference we ask all available people to help do the last minute registration bag preparation, which is usually done at the conference site as that is where the materials are delivered. 

During the conference workers take shifts of about 2 hours working at the registration table helping onsite registrants and people wanting to exchange tickets.  This is a nice way to get to see and greet a lot of people and welcome them to our area and our conference!  This committee needs about 50 people total.  Contact the chair people if you are interested, want more information, or have suggestions or access to registration bag supplies.  Chairs are Bee Tee (bhtee89@yahoo.com) and Merlyn Katechis (merlynk@berkeleymusic.com).  We hope to hear from you!
