Banquet

We've decided on our banquet theme and title: "Have a Ball!" Could be elegant. Could be playful. Will certainly be fun! Probably our giant balloons from the Omaha Skit will make an appearance...

After the Omaha conference banquet with the amazing band, Brave Combo, we were inspired to find a hot local band to dance to. We've put out inquiries and at this point we have some fun options. We might have Lavay Smith and Her Red Hot Skillet Lickers.... or we might have Steve Lucky and the Rumba Bums or we might have Kotoja. We'll be deciding soon, so if you have a strong opinion, contact us (Jeannie McKenzie jeannie_mckenzie@hotmail.com ) and let us know what kind of a dance band you would like.

Donations for Banquet- We are looking for useful and fun items to be part of the decorations and centerpieces on the tables. For instance, different kinds of balls that could be taken home and used by music teachers. We don't have a big budget for decorations, so we will be looking for donations from local businesses.
