This committee helps to provide crucial AV equipment to the many session and performance spaces in the six conference sites. We will be needing many loans of equipment from Northern California classrooms, including boombox stereo systems, choral risers, music stands and acoustic shells. We will need to transport these to the sites in the days before the conference. If you can loan the conference any of these four crucial items, please contact me at kailobear@sbcglobal.net.

At the conference, we'll need a team of volunteers to help make sure the AV equipment is complete for each of the session rooms, and move things around as needed. I look forward to working with you at the conference.
